Return & Refund Policy
Critical Heating & Hydronics LLC

At Critical Heating & Hydronics LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable HVAC and hydronic services. Due to the nature of our work, the following return and refund terms apply:
1. Services Rendered
- All labor and services provided are non-refundable once completed.
- If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or did not resolve the issue, you must notify us within 7 days of service. We will evaluate the concern and, if warranted, return to address the issue at no additional labor cost.
2. Installed Equipment & Materials
- All equipment, parts, and materials installed are non-returnable once installed.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible equipment and parts.
- Any defective components will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
- Labor to replace warranty parts may not be included, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Special Order Items
- Non-refundable and non-cancelable once ordered.
- Subject to supplier return policies, if applicable.
- May be subject to restocking fees if return is approved.
4. Deposits
- Non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
- Transferable to a rescheduled service at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or denied access to the property may also incur a service charge.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Critical Heating & Hydronics LLC and will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Billing error
- Service not performed
7. Warranty Work
- Warranty claims must follow manufacturer guidelines.
- We do not guarantee immediate replacement timelines.
- Labor coverage is not included unless explicitly stated.
- Availability of identical replacement products is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Pre-existing system conditions
- Failures of unrelated components
- Damage resulting from deferred maintenance or misuse
